Affordable Housing is a current need in the market. We have obtained the required licenses, funding, and execution team to offer single family homes upwards of 1,800 sq. ft. on scattered single-family homesites, and private drives.
We purchase two types of new homes from both Clayton Homes and Fairmont Homes. We permanently affix these manufactured homes to homesites and set modular homes on full basements.
Manufactured Homes are built under the HUD building code, these homes are commonly known as “Double-Wides”, “Mobile Homes” and come as a titled unit. We permanently affix these homes to real property and surrender the title to the state of Michigan and the home and property become real property, and the taxes are based on the home and land.
