Equity Harbour Realty and Investments offers opportunities to grow your real estate career by:

  • Helping you to create short-term income
  • Long-term income
  • Exposure to capital investors.

In our business there are a select few with the know-how to develop property with long-term income streams. What is uncommon is the opportunity to benefit from the resources you build for yourself.

We have spent the past 15 years developing relationships in the private equity markets to attract capital investors so we can build long-term assets and have inventory control to keep our phones ringing.

I purchased a RE/MAX franchise with 20 agents from two brokers that owned and operated the franchise together. Back then less than 30% of RE/MAX franchises were profitable on their own merit (as a business), both owners were actively helping clients buy and sell homes to make a living, The difference between them was, one had real estate holdings working for him that afforded a higher standard of living. The other did not. I have always believed in building strength for future wealth. It is going to rain, life is going to happen and there will come a day when you will be happy with your decision to build a pool of assets that will serve you well.

How

we help agents grow their business

Equity Harbour helps agents have more control over their business, and more exposure in the marketplace. Drum roll please… we help our agents have a unique opportunity to create long-term income-producing assets. Even with no capital in-hand agents can turn their efforts into real estate investments.

We help agents recognize and take advantage of residential Investment opportunities, network with our funding outlets, and help structure deals that can take their efforts and turn them into contributions towards building net worth and long-term income.

Our business model offers opportunities to attract additional businesses, and a rare opportunity to divert short-term income into long-term income without any negative tax consequences
