We build modular constructed homes and permanently affix manufactured homes to residential building sites. We have a variety of financing options including a 95% LTV construction/end loan from Triad Financial.
We permanently affix manufactured and modular homes on single-family homesites, making all the site improvements to 3-4 bedroom, 2 bath homes. Rising rents continue to climb and locking in a monthly housing cost has its advantages. By attaching your home to land it is now an asset that typically increases in value over time, even during inflation. The same as a stick-built home. It's cliché, but it's reality...owning real estate that costs the same or less than renting is the BEST Long-Term investment for future wealth. If clients qualify, Equity Harbour offers programs to eliminate PMI Insurance or make home improvements. We can accommodate this by using our fees and or real estate commissions to fund a 2nd mortgage program for our clients
